Dragutin Radičević
Financial expert with over 15 years of experience. He began his career in 2010 at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia, within the Public Debt Administration, where he worked on developing the domestic capital market. This role, supported by Germany’s development bank KfW, laid the foundation for his expertise in capital markets, investor relations, and public debt management.
After further developing his analytical skills at M&V Investments, a leading brokerage firm in Serbia, he joined the regional office of Deutsche Bank AG in Belgrade at the end of 2011. Over the next 13 years, he was responsible for placing various financing formats and derivative products with ministries of finance, public companies, corporations, and financial institutions across the Western Balkans, contributing to the bank’s leading position in the region.
His work included arranging complex financing structures, such as loans supported by international financial institutions and export credit agencies, as well as a wide range of capital market instruments and financial derivatives. He executed dozens of Eurobond issuances, many of which were first-of-their-kind in the region.
He holds a degree in Finance, Banking and Insurance from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade. He further sharpened his financial expertise through professional experience in Frankfurt and London.

Bojan Stanić
A macroeconomist by training, with over 15 years of experience in economic analysis and market research. After gaining initial professional experience in the retail sector, he continued his career at the Ministry of Finance, within the Public Debt Administration, where he worked on the issuance of government securities, investor relations, as well as funds disbursement and debt servicing.
During his ten years at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, in various roles including Assistant Director for Strategic Analysis, Reporting, and Databases, gave him deep insight into the Serbian economy. He was a member of the Serbian delegation in the EU integration process, as well as a member of the Government’s economic working group for national economic stability and development. His most notable professional achievement is being part of the Chief Economist Group established by Eurochambres – the Association of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
He was a member of numerous expert groups formed by the Government of Serbia and regional cooperation institutions, working in areas such as supply chains, business environment, energy efficiency, and support for small and medium-sized enterprises. He has participated in numerous conferences, forums, and workshops both in Serbia and abroad.
He holds a degree in International Economics and Foreign Trade, including a master’s degree in Economic Policy and Development, from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade. He is fluent in English, German, and Russian. As an economic expert, he frequently lectures at higher education institutions and has significant media experience. His professional interests include sustainable growth and development, economic factors and comparative advantages, foreign trade, and macroeconomic risks.
